Send Transaction
You may use this page to send PGP encrypted HIPAA Transactions to an
organization using the ISSI/Datagrove HIPAA Server.
To send a HIPAA compliant transaction, enter the path of the PGP signed
(with your key) and encrypted (with your trading partner's key) transaction
in the field above and click the button labeled “Send”. Your
PGP key should incorporate your valid email address (for status reports
and return transactions) and should be registered at a public PGP key
server. See http://pgp.uni-mainz.de/bigbrother/
for a list of public key servers.
You can find the plan id subscriber's member id card or by calling the
phone number on the member id card. Use planid.com
to retrieve the implementation guidelines (including the PGP Key) for
a HIPAA Server user or any one following the Datagrove EDI Protocol (DEP).
You can obtain free PGP compatible security software from www.gnupg.org
or you may purchase PGP compatible software from a variety of commercial
vendors.
